While the location was excellent for visiting family, I was let down by the dirty towels and lack of room cleaning. The friendly staff helped with check-in, but it was disappointing to find supplies not replenished during our stay. For the price, we expected better cleanliness.

The place is well-maintained and has marvellous location on the turnpike. The staff is very friendly and outstandingly accommodating at all the levels. They offer fine, bright rooms with the TV, Sofa bed.

The hotel with spacious rooms, in a special area, close to all the major shopping centers. Nice building and rooms even with the tv on. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Great customer service provided. Everything good.

The young lady Monica at reception was a huge help. She would always respond immediately to every shortcoming we encountered at the hotel ie: remote control for tv didn't work, valuables safe in reception, housekeeping would continually forget to leave shampoo, soap and conditioner, some days no shampoo, other days just conditioner...by the way, this was after I tipped the first day.
Rooms were dirty and the overall appearance of the hotel was dirty. I also had an issue with the reception safe. The most annoying issue was not being left shampoo, conditioner and soap after leaving a nice tip for housekeeping the first day. The tip was collected but shampoo, etc was not left so I had to get dressed again, delay my shower, go to reception and then come back and start all over again. What aggravation !!!! By the way, I wasn´t charged the Booked.net rate which is still an unresolved issue. Not even one night reflected the Booked.net rate. I thought a Courtyard was a safe bet.

As a couple, it was romantic, very clean, and the staff including the cleaning people was very friendly.
Wish the Bistro stayed open later on weekends.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful.
My traveling companions had to wait almost two hours after check in time to get into their rooms. They did give all four of us a complimentary full breakfast of our choice to make up for the inconvenience.

Through Booked.net, I was quoted a price of 109.00 for a one night stay. I found they charge me $150.00 for the one night stay. I will have to fax a copy of my booking so they can change the price. This should not occur. You need to feel confident when booking.

Very near to the turnpike, and easy enough drive to/from downtown Pittsburgh.
Nothing - all was excellent.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was roomy and clean, nice. I liked having a small fridge, but I missed a microwave. The pillows were pretty worn out, though, so that could've been better. No issues with noise at all, slept well. The staff was really friendly.

The hotel's proximity to Kennywood made for exciting days, and the spacious King Suite with the sofa bed was perfect for our family. The staff was friendly, our needs were met.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available in the bistro.
